Where in the States could you get a guy drive to your house with the catch of the day, clean it, and bag it for you. All in your own kitchen. Here in RT we have just that. This fine gentleman comes to our house about once every two weeks with a cooler full of one kind of fresh seafood or another. He sold Marie the largest shrimp I had ever seen a couple of weeks back. This week it was red snapper fresh from the Persian Gulf. Needless to say having an arab guy cleaning a giant fish in your kitchen is a big hit with the kids. It is things like this that make living here so cool.
